Scenario analysis (LBNL)
Scenario analysis involves postulating several internally consistent, alternative futures. One then analyzes the implications of each alternative (or scenario) for a particular planning objective. In this case, the planning objective is development of an appropriate portfolio of public-interest electric system reliability R&D.
